I had a brilliant experience with Jodie at the Glasgow store while choosing my wedding band. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right ring. Jodie went above and beyond by ordering in multiple options for me to try and even arranging a swap for a new model when it became available. There was absolutely no hard sell—just thoughtful, genuine caring guidance throughout. I’d wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this store. Thank you so much ✨
I went to Austen & Blake at their Glasgow store are seeing beautiful wedding bands online. Suzann and team were incredible from the start, I had been to a few other jewellers before hand that felt a bit rushed in the appointment / couldn’t find what I was looking for. Suzann was so patient and knowledgable and took her time to go through lots of different styles. I was very happy to have picked my wedding band and highly recommend Austen & Blake
We bought my engagement ring from Austen & Blake and couldn’t be happier. We already had a ring in mind and initially just wanted to see it in person, but after trying a couple styles on, I ended up choosing a different cut that suited me so much better. I’d definitely recommend visiting the store to see what works best for you. Jodie looked after us and was absolutely brilliant - so helpful and personable, she made the whole experience feel really special and relaxed. Everything was incredibly easy from start to finish, the ring arrived within three weeks, and it’s absolutely perfect.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jodie at Austen & Blake on designing our wedding band, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better! She’s bubbly, fun, and made the whole experience feel like catching up with a friend. Nothing was ever too much hassle. We tried on different bands, and when nothing felt quite right, Jodie suggested a bespoke option, which ended up being perfect. She kept us updated throughout the process, and I even got to try on my wax seal wedding band, and keep it! This meant my band could start being made straight away. Every meeting with Jodie was so exciting, ticking off yet another milestone in our wedding journey. We can’t wait to pick up our finished band and get another cuddle from Jodie, she was truly outstanding!
We walked into Austen Blake in Glasgow after spending more than a few hours in other places and not getting anywhere! Sophie, and the rest of the team were really lovely, we didn't think we would find a ring, but left feeling so happy at having chosen a beautiful engagement ring. We would highly recommend them as they were attentive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. .
