Initial call to “B” Street Collision to set up appointment for estimate was very pleasant. The receptionist was very friendly. Neil met with me to assess the damage. He thoroughly explained the work to be done and the estimated time. At pick-up, Tim met with us and explained the work completed and cautions regarding carwashing. We were extremely happy - our vehicle looked brand new! Thank You!
The people at B Street Collison East are fantastic! I dropped off my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for repairs on September 9th, and they had it ready for me at the end of the day on September 24th. They kept me informed on costs, timeline, anticipated delay because of the tail light they had to order, and everything. I got a text message or a phone call every 2 or 3 days. I am so happy with that, and they did a great job fixing the mess I made of my car. If you're looking for a really good body shop, B Street Collison is the one I would definitely recommend. If I ever need to have any type of body work done on my car again, I will definitely go back to them.
Professionals at work. Repairs took a little longer than expected (a big chunk of the wait was insurance related, though). However, they did apologize for the wait and made it right. Easy to work with and a team with good attitudes.
