Wonderful purchase experiences. Merilyn was kind and very helpful, ordering my watches and communicating during the whole process. In the store, Skip was also helpful and a wealth of horological knowledge. Look forward to the next time!
Zee was so wonderful and welcoming. I walked into just to browse and she wasn't pushy. I saw the watch that recently made my list, the Longines Spirit Zulu Time 1925, and it was more beautiful in person. She offered to let me try it on and I initially had to walk away... But I came back 10 minutes later. Unfortunately she was on break, but she happily came back out to help me. She was very sweet throughout the experience and I'll definitely be coming back to this location for my next watch. Thank you Zee!
Skip & Carlos were amazing! They helped my finance and I find the perfect wedding bands after we had gone to two other jewelers that day who had treated us terribly. Skip took care of our engagement ring in a way that made us feel confident leaving it there to be resized which was huge for my fiancé. He was extremely thorough and it was very clear that he cared about his job and cared about making us feel comfortable during the process. He was completely dedicated to making it a good experience and I would absolutely recommend this store and this staff to anyone. The staff are definitely trustworthy and not trust trying to take your money. They genuinely care and it shows.
Went into the store with my wife and was immediately greeted by Mr. Skip Wei, we were only there to browse for new wedding rings. Thankfully with the help of Mr.Skip Wei, he was able to make us feel comfortable and not pressured to purchase anything. With his help my wife has a beautiful ring she loved and I bought my first watch. Thank you Mr. Skip Wei and to Ben Bridge for making this possible.
I brought a family heirloom to be repaired. Because it was a Rolex, it had to be sent out. From beginning to end, the sales associate, Marilyn, attended to our requests with care and compassion. She went the extra step to communicate with Rolex as I made special requests. Rolex not only respected our wishes, but returned the watch even more beautiful that when it was first purchased 32 years ago. If ever, I need jewelry, Ben Bridge will be my first stop.
