I previously posted that I didn’t like my experience after new management. However, Dr. Singh is great. She’s personable, knowledgeable and patient. She takes time to explain things in an easy to understand way. Dr. Lee is also great. I don’t remember the name of the dental hygienist but I like them as well. Now, the dental assistant is another story. Not my cup of tea. She doesn’t know how to read the room with the patients, her jokes are not funny and her breath smells like cigarettes… smoking is business but not cool to smell when she’s up close in your face hella early in the morning. Aside from the interaction with her, my visits are good.
Very smooth experience. Got a same day appointment for an exam and cleaning. They recommended some follow-up work and due to a lucky schedule break were able to do it later on the same day. Very friendly and warm staff as well!
Fav dentist in Oakland, lovely staff and great attention to detail. I’ve been getting Invisalign treatment and they’ve been amazing at walking me through the process and answering questions.
Dr. Singh is phenomenal. I have had my fair-share of frustrating experiences with dentists and this is not it. She is professional, clear, and most important timely. I see her at the time I am scheduled. It is so refreshing to be treated with such care and kindness. She is efficient and effective and her staff is just as wonderful. I am so glad I started seeing them. It is a superior practice in comparison to others I've dealt with. I highly recommend.
Today I had my first appointment at advanced Dental Concepts and it was the first and best experience I ever had. I was very nervous because my previous dentist was terrible 😬 Dr. Singh was absolutely wonderful and gentle and showed so much care and compassion because I was nervous about deep cleaning. And also her staff were very good 👍OMG the place smelled so fresh and clean and high tech 👍👍👍👍👌
