The Store Manager personally walked my through the entire process, showing me on my car what was needed, Excellent Service. Also very professional, cost-concerned and fast for new brake pads, rotors and sensor for front tires.
I love Big O Tires. They offer a full range of auto services, comprehensive from headlight ti bumper. As a woman, there is always an unspecified but certain anxiety surrounding auto and mechanical needs that’s historically well placed and well deserved. Here, at Big O, I don’t feel that way. They make you feel like a partner and participant in the process. Not one time have I felt that I was steered or victim to overselling. They stand behind their work and their service. Be careful if you are on a tight schedule. The sales rep at this shop told me service would take two hours and, though they were busy, assured I’d be out in a max of three. It ended up taking over five hours, and wasn’t even finished at the shop’s closing time. I understand that the shop was busy and delays happen, but the rep deliberately overpromised and was dishonest with me about the timeline throughout the whole experience, which caused me to miss an important family event. It felt like they would’ve said anything just to get my business, rather than being up front. They did give me a substantial discount, but this wasn’t enough to account for the pain caused, and also made me question why the service was so overpriced to begin with (over $400 for transmission fluid change). A little more honesty would’ve gone a long way.
I am very grateful for the work done on my Mazda on Dec 9th. All the associates were great, and the mechanic, ( DH) who worked on my brakes, put on the new tires on and did the alignment is clearly extremely good. My car drives so much better.You can tell the work was top quality. It was a very good experience. Thank you!!
I had one tire that was leaking air quickly. I took my car in not knowing if the tire could be patched - or if I needed a brand new tire. The staff tested it quickly and determined I just needed a patch. In and out in one afternoon - painless & easy! I'll gladly come back and refer my friend here.
