We called Bill Ragan, along with several other companies, to figure out an issue we were having with our screened porch roof. The first company insisted we need to replace the roof for $14K. Several of the other companies thought they could fix the problem, but they didn’t seem sure of what was going on. Bill Ragan came out himself. Within five minutes he figured out the issue and had a plan to fix it. He could not have been nicer or more professional. He was very communicative with us throughout the process and had our issue resolved within days of our call. We HIGHLY recommend Bill Ragan Roofing.
We had a positive experience with Bill Ragan. Luke Miller was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were flexible with our schedule. Very efficient process. Thoroughly cleaned up after the roof was replaced. So far so good!
Bill Ragan Roofing provided us with an exceptional experience in replacing our roof from start to finish! As a nurse I have, at best, limited expertise in selecting a roof shingle color, although the Ragan Team guided us seamlessly through the process. The Team helped select the best colors by actually placing large samples on our old roof to view during various environmental conditions including sunlight, at dawn/dusk, cloudy and rainy settings. Once we selected the shingle then Mr. Ragan obtained the materials quickly and his team replaced the roof. His team efficiently replacement our roof in one week with an emphasis on the details by protecting our landscaping and our new driveway. Finally, they cleaned up all the replacement debris completely and even came back to recheck the next day. Our new roof is beautiful and significantly adds to the value and curb appeal of our home. Bill was great!! All of the items we addressed and planned out were executed and he was very helpful and communicative in the entire process. It was an incredibly smooth process, from start to finish. The crew was wonderful, very respectful and they cleaned up their work very well. Overall, it was an an incredibly smooth and enjoyable process with a team of individuals who were lovely to work with and awesome team leads. The warranty is also great on the roof as well. Can’t speak highly enough of Bill, his team, and their great work!
Bill Ragan did a wonderful job on our roof ! He was able to provide samples of roof colors and gutters and made us feel comfortable the entire process.
