The people at the shop were all very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is really relaxed and the art adorning the walls of the studio is fantastic. My artist (shout out Kaylee) was super chill and cool to talk to. I would absolutely recommend coming and getting a tattoo here you won't regret it.
Drove from Indy to get tattooed by Ryan! The artwork and creativity was incredible!! I sent Ryan an idea of what I wanted and Ryan took the time to draw three options for me to choose, with his touch on it. Once in the chair, I never felt like just another customer. Ryan made me feel at home. Ryan communicated with me on what part he was working on, what he was going to do next and how he was going to add a little white in spots to make it pop more!! Ryan also asked me what my budget was which I have never experienced before. Ryan definitely showed and proved he is all about the customer and not about the money. I have 19 tattoos and NEVER had this kind of experience before. I found my forever artist!
Ryan went above and beyond my expectations. Went into a thorough explanation of the whole process before and during my session. Great conversation and the vibes overall were positive all around the tattoo shop. He made sure I was comfortable and informed the entire time. Best experience I’ve had with a tattoo artist. You can definitely tell he takes pride in his work and loves what he does plus he seems very knowledgeable in his craft. I was ready to get another one by time he was finished with this one. 20/20 would recommend coming here, cause I’ll definitely be coming back.
Wow wow wow!!!! What a WONDERFUL tattoo experience I had at Black Sheep. The space was very open and inviting, you could feel the talent and the aesthetic of each artist at their individual shop stations, and it felt so welcoming. You could hear laughter and machines whirring throughout the studio which made helped my anxiety go away. And my tattoo artist PAYTON was AMAZING!!! So personable and so talented, she listened to exactly what I wanted and the outcome was more beautiful than what I could imagine. I cannot wait to go and see her again this fall!!! AND LOOK at this sweet aftercare bag she gave me. Made me feel so comfortable with how kind Payton (and everyone at Black Sheep) treated me!! :)
Kyle Orr did a fantastic job on my lower back tattoo! I really love it! 10/10 would recommend this place to anybody. It has a great atmosphere, very clean, and filled with many talented artists that will come up with what you are looking for. I was very impressed
