I switched to blue crown properties from my previous company and the difference was immediate. Not only do they do an excellent job of managing the day to day but they are even proactive in terms of potential problems. I only own one property but they have never made me feel like I wasn't a priority. Lindsey Scribner and Dee Hawkins are both excellent to work with.
I wanted to share what I experienced with the great people at Blue Crown. I had to get my rental ready for the market, it needed maintenance, and I was worried....it all turned to smiles when Lindsey Scribner , Maintenance Manager at Blue Crown took charge and in no time at all top notch plumbers, electricians and painters were on the job. I was kept informed and surprises that arose were resolved without delay...and happily today we have a good tenant and a very relieved property owner. Thank you!!!!
Service is the best because their communication is on point! They have done multiple service calls for my house and each time has been more than expected. They replaced the trim around my garage but didn’t just stop there. They sealed it, matched the color of our house and painted it to an exact match.

Wave Plumbing loves working with Blue Crown Properties, Lindsey is really a gem to work with, and the fact that even on her days off she makes herself available to us at all times to make sure tenants are always taken care of, that says a lot about her dedication to the families. That is the type of service Blue crown provides. A management company who actually cares about the quality of work provided to their customers in a timely fashion!
