This was our first experience with Blue HVAC. They seem to do a good job. We only had our annual service and all went well. The scheduler did a great job of explaining the services.

First, the 'after hours' response from Blue Heating and Cooling was prompt, patient, and the call-back from the owner that same evening was helpful and supportive. Second, the scheduled follow-up visit by Carson started on time and his evaluation of our issue was careful and thorough, including tracking down the availability of a needed part and driving across town and back in order to get our furnace operating same day. From the installation of our HVAC system to the customer support and the warranty support, Blue Heating and Cooling is top shelf.
I just had a mini split system installed in my garage. I used Blue Heating and Cooling, what an awesome experience. The. Crew showed up on time and got right to work, was done in about 3hrs and what a professional job done, the whole crew was courtesy and Eli and Lee explained in detail how the system works.
