I returned my item within the 2-week refund window via first class, recorded delivery. It’s now been a month, and I have received no refund and no communication whatsoever. I’ve sent three emails and two Facebook messages, all of which have been ignored. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I would not recommend based on this experience.
Had the most AMAZING EXPERIENCE yesterday in this Fabulous Boutique! My daughter & I went shopping for my Mother of The Bride outfit, i was so nervous but i neednt have worried! Ivy & Fiona were absolutley Amazing. Completley put me at ease, nothing was to much trouble, had me sorted in less than an hour with advice on shoes, bag even down to the tights. These ladies gave me 1st class treatment & advice! I would 100 % recommend this Boutique! Keep up the good work ladies!
Booked an appointment with an Ivy in blush boutique for a mother of the bride dress. The experience couldn’t have been better, she was so friendly, listened and provided helpful advice. Her knowledge of her stock and what would suit the wedding day and my body was second to none. I couldn’t recommend Ivy or Blush Boutique enough!
Arrived today and got a last minute cancellation. Warm welcome from all staff! We were assigned to Fiona who made the experience positive and stress free. Delighted with the options and found my dress! Would highly recommend
We couldn’t fault the shop assistants and their fantastic service! Ivy really tried her best with what she had. After paying £15 for an appointment we were a little disappointed at the lack of size 12 dresses to try on!
