I could not he happier with my appointment today. By way of exception it was a walk-in, and due to a cancellation I was lucky enough to get a spot. The practitioner (I'm sorry I'm not good with names) could not have been better, or friendlier. I wanted to give her a tip, but she told me this was not possible, unfortunately. I also got a discount through my loyalty card points. My legs have gone from Yeti-like to super smooth, and it feels great. Thank you for the excellent, fairly-priced service that you provide. As a repeat customer already, I'll be back :)
Bhadva was a really knowledgeable and experienced therapist who went above and beyond. She even used her threading experience to remove all of the little hairs which made it painless unlike other places where they continually put wax on to remove fine hairs leaving the area red. I will continue to come back and see Bhadva. The owner Di was so nice and sent me a personal message to follow up my experience.
