I had an incredible first-time experience at Brilliant Earth in San Diego, thanks to Brennan. From the moment I arrived for my appointment, he along with his trainee made me feel completely taken care of. He walked me through all my options, answered every question with patience, and genuinely helped me narrow everything down to the best fit for me. The service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable he was. I will absolutely be returning!
I am in the market for Engagement ring and wedding band. Cassidy was my rep that let me. Very professional and very informative, answered all my questions and was very patient with me as I was still figuring things out. The way it works is, you setup an online appointment,when you arrive, you wait in the first room which has some jewelry on display, then they bring you to a second room which feels very private and safe, a very clever way to do business. Highly recommend them if you are looking for high quality lab diamonds (what I was in the market for)
My fiancé and I went to brilliant earth a couple of months ago just wanting to try some rings on I was nervous about the sales associates being upset if we left with nothing but from the moment we walked in Brennan was so welcoming and helpful! Brennan allowed us to try on different rings, explained every detail about the rings we were looking at and reassured us just window shopping was the right thing to do! We ended up buying our engagement ring online a couple weeks later with the link Brennan provided for us and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much to Brennan for helping us out and making us feel comfortable!
Brennan was the best! When we started shopping for engagement rings I was worried we were going to get pushed to buy out of our budget, but Brennan explained everything along the way and made sure we were within our price range and didnt try to pull any sales tricks. Really appreciated the efficient and thoughtful service. Would absolutely recommend!
Don't just skip this shop... RUN!!! I’m convinced Brilliant Earth has asked customers to delete their bad reviews because their Google rating is way too high for how unprofessional they are. Just read the Reddit threads… My story is that my fiancée, Chris, proposed with a ring from Brilliant Earth in April. And side stones have fallen out not just once, but THREE times. Four stones have fallen out total. I have had my ring in their repair shop (which is not local) longer than I've been wearing my ring. Customer service is slow, not understanding, and downright painful. Talking to a high up manager is impossible. Waiting for your ring to be shipped off for repairs l, reviewed, consulted with, repaired, reshipped, and an appointment to pick up takes about 6 weeks. I don't wear my ring when I work out, wash dishes, sleep, I don't even wear it every day. Completely unacceptable. And you best believe I have already talked multiple friends out of using them for future business. There is little return on value. I hope they take better measures to reconcile our purchase and offer us a full refund. Right now they are only offering partial refund and that is unacceptable.
