The floral arrangement was beautiful and just what I ordered. Also Broadway Florists went out of their way to make sure they were delivered. Had to go twice to deliver the flowers. Will order from them again.
Quick. Efficient. Excellent consumer service. Arrangement was beautiful!! Used for a funeral. Only comment is how expensive they are. I didn’t shop around as I didn’t have the energy/time. It was the first place that came up. Maybe that’s the going rate. But also- everything was seamless so there’s a value in excellent container service as well.
I've known this family for many years and when doing my order from out of town, I didn't hesitate to order and put my trust in Broadway. Of course, they completely "knocked it out of the park". Beautiful flowers and flawless customer service and they couldn't have done anything better. Wouldn't order from anywhere else in Winnipeg.
I called in to place an order and had the most pleasant lady help me with the arrangement I had seen in-line. Delivery was very prompt, the receiver was very pleased and let me know that two weeks later the arrangement was still vibrant and alive. Living outside Manitoba I have used Broadway Florists over the years for my Winnipeg family. I have never been disappointed with their customer service or their product!!
Highly recommend. This was a new experience for me as a young guy, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed, they guided me through the process and produced an immaculate result. They didn't only produce an amazing arrangement, they helped me make a really special memory for my partner. If I could rate them higher I would.
