One of my favourite stores. Great customer service. Prab was really helpful and helped me find the best gifts to bring back home for my family. If you are at Polo, definitely check the store out.
I haven’t shopped here in a decade and now I remember why. They wouldn’t return something a decade ago and same thing 10 years later. My husband bought a $50 pair of gloves that were too big that I wanted to return. I had receipt, original credit card and tags were on but they would not return because he took off the price sticker and it smeared a piece of the bar code. Like it’s normal to take off the price of a gift and if you don’t want it to ruin the bar code then put the sticker somewhere else. Got into a heated argument with manager and still wouldn’t return. Said there policy is on receipt and it is not! Only says tags must be attached and can’t look like they have been worn. Scammers! Don’t buy anything here! Mall was crazy busy and not one person in store. I wonder why! Customer service is what keeps people in business. Won’t be suprised when your doors close.
Lots of Canadian apparel and accessories to satisfy even the most ardent shopper. Big selection of items for everyone. Staff is very friendly and willing to help and prices are about average for a store like this. If your looking for Canada apparel you can't go wrong!
We had a great experience here! The two young gals working on Monday, 7/3 opening were so patient and sweet as our kids combed through their vast inventory, deciding which treasures they needed to take home from our adventure. They let us know we had 10 days to return or exchange any of our purchases (even though we were heading back home to the states). All of the clothing is good quality with nice printing, and the other souvenirs (playing cards, hat, keychain, stuffies, etc) also seem like they'll be around for a long time. Thanks again, Oh Canada!
