No star 👎🏽. Thelady tht ansred was XTRMLY rude 2 stndrd questions. staying it's frustrating every1 asks th same question. Saying there aren't any other appraisers in the area. Which is a Lie. They back appointments up keeping you from getting what you need she said 7-10 DAYS! and some are doing on the spot. It shouldn't take very long to appraise 30 minutes or so. So 7-10 DAYS!! WOW!!! what do they switch out my Diamonds while they have it. Cause 7-10 FAYS! Only makes sense if you stealing the stones and then want to take time to make it look right. Think about it this way ok line up just to be safe 100 rings at 40 minutes a pop that's 66 hours3 days of work If your doing 8 hour shifts right. So why on earth would it take 7-10 days. They must have thousands of rings 😂 smh. Ahh Happy Holidays. Make the right choices ask questions. If they can't stay calm over standard QUESTIONS then I shutter to think. Broer Freeman is the best (and most trusted) jeweler. My parents and grandparents have been going to them for gifts and appraisals for years. They always do beautiful work and are always very upfront and knowledgeable. I inherited a very old piece of jewelry that had some "mystery" stones around in the setting. Broer Freeman was able to identify what they were. When I took the ring to the jeweler where it was made (one hundred years ago) for resizing, that company lost a small stone and claimed it was an inexpensive onyx gem. I gave them Broer Freeman's appraisal to prove they were mistaken. They sent it back to their lab and confirmed that Broer Freeman was correct.
I cannot say enough good things about Broer Freeman. I brought in my beloved art deco ring because I was concerned the diamond was loose. Rachel was so helpful my first visit. She told me it COULD be tightened but the jeweler may want to add prongs to really secure it and give me peace of mind. The jeweler was on vacation for the next few days, so I left my ring in their care. I received a text a few days later telling me that they had looked at my ring, and what they determined as far as what it needed as well as an estimate. They also told me it is typically a 2-3 week turnaround time. My sister got married that same weekend and I really wanted to wear my ring for the wedding. So I asked if I could come get it Friday for the wedding and return it to them Monday. I brought the ring back Monday, and expected at least a week and a half before it would be ready. They had it finished in three days. THREE DAYS! They were very professional and so helpful, and my ring looks incredible! I'm so glad I opted for the prongs. Take your antique, vintage, and estate jewelry here, you'll be so glad you went to the best.
My experience at Broer-Freeman Jewelers has been fantastic. They helped me get my 1970s Rolex Oyster Perpetual refurbished to absolute perfection. They also completed appraisals for my other jewelry in a timely manner. I give my highest recommendation!
I recently had a new wedding ring set designed for my wife. David and his team were so thoughtful and receptive to the ideas that I had in wanting to incorporate our 30 year old ring set.
