Ali provides a great service and is highly knowledgeable. After 30+ years in business he is easily the number one computer parts and service person in the area. He recently finished my and ryzen 9 with a MSI meg godlike mobo and a rtx 5090 build and did it within a reasonable time frame given the current issues with getting PC parts that's impressive! I'ma happy customer even happier gamer!
Brought in a half built custom PC- Ali was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the build and recommend parts to complete the job. He was able to put everything together and get the OS installed at a great price. He returned the PC within hours- super professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
Pc broke down on me. He asked me to come in to have a look and they had to use a new case and basically rebuilt my PC and fixed my hardware issues. Literally on the spot. My husband and I wanted his and her gaming PCs. We knew only the basics going in and we gave our budget and Ali built us absolutely stunning machines that are beasts. We can run bf6 on ultra settings and the machine stays cool. We are over the moon with the communication and service. All of our future computer upgrades and anything else related will be done here!!! I was so nervous about the process but Ali was so kind and excited about the project it was just the best experience!! I wanted an all white PC which was tricky but Ali was up to the challenge as you can see from the photos!!! We are both so pleased!!
Ali always answers the phone during office hours. He made an appointment for me and helped me pick out a laptop and the accessories I needed to operate it. He also helped me pick out and ordered a lap desk and a printer. He had me bring in my old computer and printer so he could transfer everything for me. When that was done he made an appoints to help me learn how to use the new system. He offers full service at a reasonable price. He was also very patient. I highly recommend C Computers.
