I have used Caliber collision many times while living in Texas. The service has been awesome. when getting an estimate here in Colorado the estimator was pleasant but did not convey the price could change when a third party reviewed the estimate. My first observation was not impressive because they lacked some clarity in explaining the exact work to be done. I must admit I complained a little and received a call from Jennifer. As I explained to her the work done on my vehicle was excellent but the pricing was confusing due to some left out information. Jennifer was very professional and offered a rebate on the price to avoid the confusion. They believe in customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. To ere is human and they may have missed my estimate originally but were very courteous to fix that error and I would highly recommend their service and will utilize this location if I ever need additional body work!
Repairs were completed earlier than planned. Tyler, our rep, provided frequent updates to the progress and was very helpful. They did a beautiful job with the accident repairs, body, paint, etc. We did return the Acura for a minor loose connection fix to a feature that automatically unlocks the doors when you approach with the fob, but it was fixed quickly. I like the policy that guarantees 100% satisfaction on all repairs indefinitely. I would recommend this business to everyone.
We were required by our insurance company to bring our vehicle to Caliber for an estimate. It was my intent to then take our 2024 model SUV to our highly rated dealer collision center. After speaking with Tyler from Caliber we decided to bring the vehicle back to them and we are very happy we did. They kept us in the loop during the entire process and even delivered the vehicle ahead of schedule. We would definitely recommend Caliber!
Caliber Collision did a great job on my repair. Not only does it look great, David had my vehicle done two days earlier than expected. The employees are very polite and answered any questions as best they could. I’d definitely recommend Caliber Collision for your vehicle’s repair needs.
I cannot say enough about the process, customer service, and communication with them! From drop-off to pick up, there was co stant communication, they handled everything with the insurance company, from work, quote, repair to payment. They did a sensational job on the car, it looks brand new. They went above and beyond on numerous repairs and spotted things I hadn't even seen at the time of the accident. They then finished 2 weeks ahead of time! I've had the car back for a week and it is driving beautifully. Will update in a few months with wear. Thank you very much
