I received body work from this company three times within the last nine months. I was very satisfied each time. The first time I had rear bumper work done after a collision with another vehicle. The second time, a scratch on my passenger door from another person's car door was repaired. This third time I had some front end work done after an accident with a young deer. I appreciated how they kept me up to date on the service of my vehicle during the repair time. The way they work with the car rental service makes everything so much more convenient. Thank you Caliber Collision, South Elm-Eugene location!

I HIGHLY recommend this place for any and all vehicle repairs! I took my car to Caliber after an unfortunate, not at fault accident. This was one of the repair shop options through the insurance company of the person who hit me. They did an AMAZING job at repairing and painting my vehicle. The paint job was probably better than it was when the car was first manufactured! The staff was very easy to speak with, and they were amazing with their communication about vehicle repair updates. Mackenzie, thank you for your help and all of the informative messages you left for me about repairs being done to my vehicle. They were straight forward about the repairs necessary and didn’t try to force unnecessary repairs. I am wanting to get more of my vehicle repainted from damages done just from it being an older car and I will definitely return to Caliber in the future!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR EVERYONE!! **look at the lovely repairs in the pictures attached!**
