Avoid this company. • Failed to arrive for the first scheduled clean • Cleaning acceptable but not thorough • Reasonable task list agreed to but not followed • Furniture moved and property damaged while I was not home • Cleaner disappeared for a month, then service cancelled • Management made unsubstantiated claims and denied responsibility • Damage remains unresolved and communication has stopped From the outset, the service was problematic. The cleaner did not arrive at the prearranged time for the first clean, forcing a reschedule. When the clean eventually happened, the work was acceptable but never thorough. I provided a simple, realistic list of tasks to be completed within a two-hour booking. This list was discussed, deemed reasonable, and agreed to by the cleaner, yet the standard still fell short. More concerning was returning home to find furniture moved and property damaged. This damage occurred while Calibre staff were in my home cleaning and I was not there. Despite this, Calibre deny responsibility. The cleaner then called in sick for an entire month, despite apparently knowing they were not returning. Management later advised that they were discontinuing my service, claiming that I had made their staff uncomfortable. I dispute this entirely. I requested any messages or emails to substantiate the claim, and none have been provided because none exist. The damage remains unresolved, and Calibre have now stopped responding altogether. Be warned: this has been one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.
A very sincere and genuine staff member. They came back to clean again when the landlord was not satisfied. I appreciate their patience and sincerity.
Great service! Very kind and professional team—quick to respond and did a great job. The property manager requested a few areas to be re-cleaned, and they took care of it straight away, even picking up the apartment keys from the agent’s office. They also sent me photos of everything. I really appreciate their efficiency and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Sangay and Phub did an excellent job today. We were mid-way through moving and they worked around us to get the unit all cleaned and done by 5pm. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking an excellent bond cleaning team.
Ogi and her partner cleaned my apartment for the new owners and they did an absolutely superb job. Outstanding work. I walked in after they had finished and they were exhausted, they gave the cleaning their absolute all and it showed! I was wowed when I entered and I was so thankful for their efforts. The place was in quite the state and they turned it right around. Thank you thank you thank you for your efforts. I’m sure the new owners will love their clean home! Thank you again :)
