The most STUNNING business launch! Amanda & Lexine took my vision (or more accurately, my lack of one 😅) and transformed it into a luxury picnic experience that completely exceeded my expectations. I also added the permanent jewelry table, which was a huge hit—my bracelet has been going strong since July! Despite nonstop rain leading up to the event, they were with me every step of the way, fully committed to making the day come together no matter what. In the end, it turned into the most beautiful day, and I truly can’t wait to host another event with them.
Amanda and Lexi were amazing to work with. Quick and easy communications. Adaptive and supportive in planning our wedding day that was uniquely us. They ensured everything ran smoothly on the day of. Highly recommend them for any special occasion.
BEST DATE OF MY LIFE! I planned a surprise date for my special person while we were vacationing in the Banff area. WOW- did Amanda deliver! We arrived to the most beautiful picnic, perfectly set up with everything you could dream of! I can’t recommend this experience enough- you will forever have the most beautiful memories of a unique and romantic experience!
I can’t even begin to put into words how incredible this team of lovely people are. They made all of our wedding dreams come true with ease, grace and thoughtfulness. All of worries were solved before they could become a rolling ball of stress. All of our guests were in awe of the simple beauty and attention to detail. To say we loved our day is an understatement. I can not recommend them enough.
Cannot recommend Captivating Occasions enough! We hired Lexine and Amanda as our day of coordinators and they made everything before and during our wedding so fun and so much less stressful. They go through every detail you can think of about 3 months out and it really helps you gauge where you’re at with planning. Day of they took care of everything from logistics to making our reception venue decor dreams come true. Also be sure to check out River Rock Retreat which is their wedding venue (we had our ceremony here) and it was absolutely perfect!!
