Update: They act all nice and professional here in the review section... I called the number they provided and it's the same number I've called for months. Any got the same answer from the agent... Seems like I'll have to go to small claims court for this one 🤦🏼♂️ _________________________________________ OMG! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! AVOID THIS PLACE! I was charged for lab work that I didn't really do. Getting the refund has been a headache. 3 months and still waiting. They keep giving all sorts of excuses.
Wasn’t going to leave a review. The wait time for my scheduled appointment went about 20-30 past when I was scheduled when I showed up early, meaning I waited in an empty wait room for upwards of 40min. However, the nurse and doctor Oglesby were very kind. I went in with a sprained ankle. The reason for my negative review as opposed to not leaving one; I receive nonstop calls from orthopedic groups cold calling me. They sell your information like they didn’t already make money off of me and my insurance.
I found that the Urgent Care clinic was excellent. The women at the front desk was very helpful and personable! The x-ray technician on call was excellent and was also very personable as well. I found the doctor on call James M Brumit, MD was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with! I am new in town and this will be the clinic that I will be going too in the future. I highly recommend them! 5 Star Thank you to all!
I came in after getting rear ended for head/neck pain and the 3 staff members I dealt with were all so courteous and kind. May was a delight and made me feel at ease and the PA Rachel gave me such a thorough exam and great info on what to expect in the next couple days as far as pain. Nobody made it feel rushed and I feel like I got complete care. Definitely recommend
Very courteous and quick. The doctor and all staffers were pleasant and listened carefully to me. I had a serious skin infection, and I was diagnosed, treated, and discharged in 45 minutes. Highly recommend.
