I hosted a birthday class here over the weekend and my friends and family could not stop raving about how amazing the staff here was! Top Tier!!! The girls working in the front were so sweet to all of us and made us feel so welcomed. The class instructor Krissy was so so sweet and welcoming as well! We were all freaking out that she remembered all of our names, she helped us all so much and she also created me a birthday playlist that we all loved. If you are thinking of hosting a birthday or private event I would definitely do it here. This was by far one of the best studios I have been to in the DFW!
Carrie’s is truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. I’ve never felt more confident, supported, or motivated in a workout class. The trainers bring an amazing mix of expertise, encouragement, and positivity—that’s why I became a member and keep coming back twice a week. Arvin, Missy, and Latoisha have helped me refine my technique while making every class fun and energizing. The vibes are unbeatable: inclusive, welcoming, and filled with the best energy. On top of that, the studio is spotless, the front desk is wonderful, parking is easy, and the pricing is super affordable. Cole, Connor, Tracy, Cody - the whole team next level. Thank y'all so much. I’m a super fan of Carrie’s—10/10, worth every bit of the hype!
Carrie’s Pilates is truly a gem in Dallas! I’ve never felt more welcomed, supported, and challenged in a fitness space. From beginner to intermediate, this studio meets you right where you are and helps you grow stronger each class — mentally and physically. Megan, Danielle, and Cody are all amazing instructors who bring their own unique energy and expertise. I genuinely look forward to seeing them — they make the workouts fun, inclusive, and empowering. You can feel that they care about each person in the room, no matter your background or fitness level. I’m so grateful to have found this space. It’s more than just a workout — it’s a community. Carries is the absolute best in Dallas! I became a member here about 5-6 months ago and tried out tons of places before I decided on where to get my membership. I definitely picked THE BEST! The atmosphere and environment that Carries provides is unmatched. The instructors are all so dedicated and fabulous and provide feedback and corrections in every class. My personal favorite classes are Happy Hour Abs & Ass with Megan, Kourtney’s Weezy Wednesday and Spicy Saturday with Connor! As I said, all the instructors are amazing, but I make sure I attend these 3 every week if possible. I truly feel at home and like I have a community every single time I enter Carrie’s. I highly recommend it to every single person I meet and I hope this review sends YOU there as well. My body and my life has never been so good. So thankful for Carries!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
My first experience at Carrie’s was INCREDIBLE! ❤️ not only is the studio beautiful, clean, aesthetic, and functional - but the instructor Courtney was AMAZING. She was welcoming, her instructions were clear, and she was constantly giving one-on-one time to help you perfect the movements, avoid injuries and modify for your own personal difficulty level. 10/10 Recommend
