I had a break in to my 2019 Honda Civic and lock was broken and airbag stolen. My insurance set up with CarStar Kitchener for repairs. It took a bit to get parts but so thankful for the job done plus the added bonus of a detailed clean up of car. Believe me, my car was a mess inside and out! Absolutely phenomenal experience! When my 2021 WRX was hit by a careless driver, I was gutted. Based on past experiences, I had a preconceived notion that the body shop wouldn’t get it right and that the car would never feel the same again. I was completely wrong. Jake and the team at CARSTAR did an outstanding job with an incredibly fast turnaround. Their attention to detail is exceptional if anything, the repaint looks better than the original factory finish. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the repair and the professionalism of the team. Highly recommend! Were very professional how they conducted themselves when speaking with my wife on the status of her vehicle repairs. The car came back to us without any sign’s that it was ever in a collision.
