I am writing to review your customer pickup associate Dipon. I had such an amazing experience picking up my desk at CB2 on Robson, thanks to Dipon! From the moment he came over to help, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. He made the whole pickup process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. When I first arrived and it was not disassembled, he was so helpful and told me to come back so I didn't have to wait. When I came back it was all wrapped, ready to go and he loaded it all in my car for me. Dipon’s helpfulness and warm demeanour really stood out you can tell he truly cares about customers and takes pride in giving great service. He’s an absolute star, and CB2 is lucky to have him, please make sure he gets the credit he deserves. Thank you again, Dipon, you made my day!
8 months, broken furniture, and zero accountability. I ordered multiple furniture items from CB2. Deliveries were delayed, one sofa arrived broken, the replacement arrived ripped, and the side table was broken. After months of calls, I was charged full price, asked to keep damaged items, and promised store credit that was never issued. Completely unacceptable customer service for a premium brand. I won’t be ordering again.
Disposable furniture that even with minimal use, won't last more than a few months. They offer no warranty or after care, not even for the first year. If you are looking for quality or durability, you will not find it here.
Always a positive experience shopping here. We bought a few large furniture pieces and smaller items. The staff are friendly and the delivery is smooth. One time they delivered two chairs that were misaligned and cb2 replaced it with new ones with no issues.
Terrible customer service. Oct 25- purchased a carpet, our sales associate said it would take 10-14 days for it to arrive in store. Nov 15- went in store in person to ask what’s going on with our order, I said Brandon “promised” 10-14 days. He comes out, saying he wouldn’t have used the word “promise” oh my bad. What I meant was that that’s the timeframe we were given. The manager changed the shipment method to sending it directly to our place and said it should take 7-10 days. Nov 24- called CB2 to ask what’s going on, customer service says it’s back ordered and it’ll be come “available” tomorrow, meaning that it’ll take additional 6-9 days (as she said) ONLY IF it ships out tomorrow (who knows how long it’ll take them to get to my order and pack it) Edit: Nov 26, our carpet still hasn’t shipped. It says it’s back ordered until early December lol Edit: Nov 27 l phone the store, the manager plan out lied to me and said it was always gonna be early December. My partner and I both heard 7-10 business days. He said it’s written on the receipt, no it wasn’t, so I had to send him a photo of the receipt I got, and he then apologized. Then he proceeded to lecturing me about the industry, how normal it is LOL more than anything, I’m upset about their attitude, both the manger and Brandon gaslighting and telling us they didn’t say what they said. Over promising and under delivering at its finest. Bravo. CB2’s customer service is just terrible. Wouldn’t have purchased from the store if it was gonna take this long. We’re also stuck in this situation where the item was final price, no exchange no return so I guess we’ll keep waiting???
