Sam is a very nice man and also know how to fix a phone very well. I would recommend him to anyone. Sam's customer service is second to non. Trung has great customer service , I loved how much he took care of me..
Grayson helped me recover hundreds of contacts that were removed from my iPhone by a software glitch. After being told by both independent repair shops and the Apple “Genius Bar” that there was nothing that could be done. In just over 10 minutes Grayson had the issue figured out and saved all of my contacts!!
Called and spoke with Terrance about getting my camera lens replaced on my iPhone he was extremely professional and helpful over the phone took the time to answer all the questions i had which I had a lot since I was coming from so far away. 😂 I ended up being closer to the other location than the one he was currently working at and Damien repaired my lens very quickly and was super nice as well. I actually spoke to several others in the repair team and I didn’t catch their names but everyone was so nice! I will definitely bring any future repair needs to this store!
Damian was awesome! I didn't think my phone could be fixed and was sure I was going to have to buy a new one. Within a few minutes he had my phone working back to normal! He definitely knows what he's doing and is super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Damian!😊
¡Excelente servicio! Si necesitas ayuda técnica, asegúrate de pedir a Damian. Es realmente una de las mejores experiencias de soporte técnico/TI que he tenido en cualquier lugar. Rápido, amable y paciente. Arregló cada problema que le llevé, pero además, por lo general, iba más allá sin que se lo pidiera. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente.
