I can't comment on charges because the service was free to me through Honda (in-garage level 2 EV charger switch out). Communication was very easy. Installer was professional and pleasant and took the time to show me the ropes on the new charger.
Kyle was very friendly and open about what was going on. He was determined to fix the problem in an honest manner. He communicated with me throughout the whole ordeal. I would highly recommend him to others. Thanks Kyle for a job well done.
This week I had my electrical panel on my 45-year-old house replaced by Kyle Chamberlain of Chamberlain Electric. I'd seen a recommendation on NextDoor and also his good Google reviews. His quote was fairly priced (another contractor had quoted me $2000 more for the same work), but what impressed me MOST before the job was that his communication was EXCELLENT -- fast and responsive. This is a rare thing, and for people who tend to be anxious, it's a necessity. He arranged for the power drop, installed the new panel and breakers, got the inspector out, and ordered the power restoration, and it all took less than eight hours. Another company had expected ME to arrange for the power drop/restoration and inspection! This job could not have gone better. Kyle is courteous and pleasant, and unlike so many people in the trades, did NOT condescend or assume that this little old lady is an idiot (I'm not). He came back the next day with a helper to label the breakers in the new panel and that took only about a half hour. Kyle is terrific and so is his work. HIGHLY recommended for any electrical needs you may have.
The team installed 2 EV chargers. Service was great. The team was on time, very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Would love to have them back.
Work was professional and timely. They worked with us when the inspector wanted more outlets and lights in our garage and porch than we had planned on to ensure we passed. Best of all Kyle and Neo were great people to work with
