Today, I had an Oil Change at this establishment. I'm GLAD, I did. Not only was the price GREAT, so was the service. From the front desk Technicians to the Mechanics, all were Knowledgeable, Courteous and Greet Everyone with a smile. A Free Complimentary Inspection was included. The front Desk Technician explained everything and showed me the results of my Inspection until I understood along with his honest recommendations. I was VERY PLEASED, with everything. To top it off, one of the owners daughter's bakes fresh cookies as a Thank-You. Yes. I will be coming back. I will be tell Friends and Family. Thanks Guys.
I asked if the 1st word in their name Christian, really meant that. They assured me it does. Since dealing with them, I believe it does. We brought our Honda Civic in. Another shop had practically destroyed our car on 2 jobs. Devon was very caring and sympathetic to what had happened to us. They fixed all of our problems and explained everything in detail. They are very knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again and it was well worth the money. I highly recommend them. The whole crew was great.
Christian Brother's Automotive was amazing when I took my Honda Accord in for an oil change. I was a bit apprehensive because my late husband always took care of the car maintenance for me and unfortunately sometimes places will take advantage of women that are alone. Not them! Devon and the team went out of their way to be kind and explain everything. They even have a shuttle service if you need to get back to work while your car is serviced. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family and will use them in the future. They give a "small town feel" which I love! You even get a homemade cookie made my the owners wife and kiddo which is such a special touch. Thanks again Christian Brother's, for taking care of my Honda and making me feel at home! God Bless!
Had an oil change at the South Parkway Christian Brothers Automotive. The building is nice and clean throughout. Even the work bays were neat and tidy. All the employees I encountered were prompt and polite. Special mention for Campbell W. He went over and above to help me with an issue I was having with one of my hubcaps. PS I really appreciate Being able to view the service professionals as they work on my car. I’m very happy not to have to go back to a Toyota dealership.
