The technician, Brandon, was absolutely excellent in his manner, conduct and professionalism. All servicing was completed swiftly and without fuss. Any problems were explained clearly and proposed or recommended fixes were also explained very clearly. A very pleasant person and I would not hesitant to recommend him, or the company, to anyone needing their services.
I received excellent service. All the staff were very helpful. In particular, Tyler and Ryan who installed my new hot water system were great. They arrived on time, were very friendly and efficient.

Excellent service. They supplied the MHI multi-head and split systems for their 'sister' company to install. Wonderful coordination and made sure I was able to get the full benefit of available rebates.
Climate Master has been very busy. I booked in early December and only found 5 January available. Then we postponed to 13th January due to our own reasons. Ian rang me when I was still on bed. How diligent the good man! He protected gutter and respected our house footwear regular practice. Ian dismantled all filters and washed the rooftop units. Ian tested all vent lets after work. He also taught me how to discharge water in Winter. Payment in cash or via a care are both available. I received invoice at 7:59am then. It costed me less than 30 minutes and $200 to refresh a AC after bushfire. Good to be cool now.
