DO NOT RECOMMEND! Have been a elite member here and service has usually been good. Today my car got scratched up badly as well as had my headlight chipped. I asked one of the staff members why my car had so many water spots and he said the general manager controls the speed of the wash. Friday night I understand you need to get cars in quickly but it shouldn’t be at the expense of the vehicle service. I’ll be cancelling my membership and washing it myself going forward! Warning! If you have a car in decent condition, don’t bring it in. It will come out scratched and beat up after! They don’t clean the car wash properly on the inside.
I arrived and had to go into the pay lane because their system can't read the sticker they placed on my car. Instead of the individual in the black shirt coming to provide service, he decided to laugh and joke with the guy wearing the red shirt. Then I had to count six more cars go through. Fortunately for me, someone else who also pays the monthly service got held up at the gate. I was trying to be kind but I know going forward kindness isn't appreciated at this particular location. And when he did finally come, he went to the seventh car instead of coming to service a subscribing customer.
Came in at 7:59pm fingers crossed I’d be able to get a wash, and the workers were so incredibly kind and accommodating — not to mention my car looks incredible! Can’t recommend this place highly enough
First week of Spring! Treated Mr.Audi to a nice wash and clean day. My car looks super clean and shiny! 😎 Fantastic team, was greeted with happy and kind staff. Plenty of drying towels, vacuum, air and all equipment works. Will be back soon.
