If I could give more stars, I would add a million! Christine has been my personal trainer since March 2022 a time when I’d been going to the gym I lost some weight but had lost my drive, had no focus, and didn’t know much about proper nutrition… I felt stuck. Christine welcomed me as a client with open arms and created realistic goals and a macro plan that truly worked for me. I used to get overwhelmed by heavier weights or feel like I wasn’t capable, but Christine always makes me feel like I can achieve almost anything. She is honest, 100% real, and a role model in how she teaches and guides her clients. She pushes me in a way that makes me genuinely want to work hard …never forcing, always encouraging. The results over the past few years have been phenomenal. Even during times when I’ve struggled personally, Christine has helped me get back on track and always believed in me. If I struggle with an exercise or feel like I’m not doing it correctly, she adjusts it so I can perform at my best. She makes me motivated to go to the gym and never takes it personally when I complain! Her energy is uplifting… I am lucky to train with her and to see how many people have since begun their journey with her. She also provides classes challenges and exclusive vacation trips, all at incredibly reasonable prices. I have been training with Christine for about 2 and a half years now. She is such a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer who focuses on your strengths and works around your limitations. She will map out a plan for you based on whatever your specific goals may be and will motivate and support you to smash those goals. She’s helped me achieve so much, working through injury, illness, surgeries and life in general. Beyond being a trainer - Christine is a wonderful human.. Fuelled by caffeine and sick RnB hits, she adds so much value to everyone’s day. I love training with her and she’s become a dear friend. 10/10 recommend ☺️
Love working with Christine! She totally gets my hectic schedule and made a workout/diet plan that I can manage whist still achieving great results! She also also helped me manage my back injury over the past 4months. Highly recommend

Coach Christine is absolutely amazing, dedicated and well organised and knows what she teaches, as well as going out of her way in helping you after hours if you have questions! she will push you to find your best and never gives up on you! I've lost 18.7kgs with the guidance of Coach Christine, with her training and nutrition guidance, and help me strengthen my back after a bad injury. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
