Code blues technician Stockton was very insightful and respectful! He clearly relayed to me in detail the situation of the repair and provided the at most help. Stockton cleaned up after the repair and made it spotless. I will definitely return back to Code Blue, I greatly suggest requesting Stockton for future repairs!
I've used Code Blue a few times in the past and have always had good service, but let me tell you.. This young buck, Stockton Laker, is the bees knees. He came out to provide an estimate for a client of mine and they were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Keep up the great work!!
We noticed the floor near our clothes washer was wet and after some testing, discovered the drain pipe where the washer drains was clogged. Tried to use our snake and some chemicals to unblock the drain but weren't successful. I called Code Blue and the next morning Abel showed up as promised. He provided a fixed price ahead of time and used two different snakes to clear the blockage. I will not hesitate to call Code Blue again should the need arise, hopefully it won't!
I don’t know about their services, but their driving is terrible. One of their trucks cut us off, almost ran into us, and then made a turn with no blinkers at all. If you’ve got your company name all over your vehicle, you’d think you’d drive with a little more care. The way this driver handled the road was flat out dangerous, and it makes a really bad impression of the business.
Our realtor recommended Code Blue Plumbing for our recent home purchase inspection. The house was initially built in 1969, so it was essential to inspect the sewage line using a camera. Based on the results and considering the age of the line, we opted to clean the line and then install a Maxliner to prevent future root intrusion and/or collapse of the existing pipe. This project was intense, and Michael and Ben managed the two-day process with ease and careful planning. We now have a 25-year guarantee on the lined section of piping, which has averted even a much larger project and expense in the future. It was a pleasure working with the main office, as well as Jeremy and Ben. We truly appreciate that everyone kept us informed and educated throughout the process. Thanks guys!
