HIGHLY recommend Amanda!! Amanda was awesome to work with! As a first time home buyer I was definitely nervous going in, but Amanda helped me through every step of the process and made sure everything went smoothly. She was always available if there were any problems or questions and was very quick in getting everything set up and responding. It’s very clear Amanda has a real passion for real estate and that came across in how helpful and easy she was to work with. She was so encouraging and helpful through this entire process, I can't speak highly enough about her!
We worked with Lauren Ashton to find our first home and had an AMAZING experience. She was excellent and did a great job of helping us find a home that was in our budget and in a timely manner. We also loved how she helped us during the showing process. Being first time home buyers, there are a lot of things we don’t know to look for. Lauren helped up watch out for things and really seemed to care about us finding our perfect home. We can’t say thanks enough to her and we strongly recommend working with her and collective house reality 10/10!

She was quick to respond and got us scheduled immediately to see new listings we were interested in. She was very personable and knowledgeable, and took great interest in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. We would strongly recommend her to our family and friends. We are so happy in our new place!
We came to Collective House Realty to buy our first home and were matched with Sue. She is knowledgeable, personable, adaptable, and very responsive. We had difficult sellers and a difficult lender, and Sue was absolutely our saving grace in the process. Hands down a phenomenal personality that created a wonderful, reassuring experience! She was always available to answer questions and if she didn’t know the answer she was quick to follow up with a resource to get an answer. I would recommend Morgan and Collective House Realty to any home buyer because I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and we felt Morgan was genuine and sincere through the whole process.
