I had a fabulous experience with Columbus Cleaners yesterday. From my initial inquiry call re: tailoring services, to being greeted upon arrival, and a most pleasant and professional fitting with the tailor. As promised. My order was expedited per my request and completed even faster than anticipated. The work is top notch and the team members are knowledgeable and kind. I’ll be returning!
Columbus Cleaners does a fabulous job with unique pieces. I’ve had a leather jacket cleaned there when there was a spill in the lining and have been taking coats there ever since. The price may be higher than at some places but you absolutely get what you pay for. There’s a knowledgeable, friendly staff, a quick turn around, and a beautiful garment on the other side. I will continue to bring my coats and other garments here!
I am having the best experience at Columbus Dry Cleaners! The blazers, ties, blouses, and tablecloths I bring in are always done to perfection! I have been a weekly customer for years, and I have never once been returned with a problem! Much better than my own track record at home! The turn around is always quick, and they complete items when they say they will. Another bonus! Additionally, all staff members are very welcoming and kind. I think they treat everyone as VIP, from what I can tell while in their store. Even my dog likes to come with me to the cleaners! I highly recommend this business.
We love Columbus Cleaners! Everyone who works there is so incredibly helpful and friendly. They take good care of our clothes and expedite our cleaning when we need things faster. They are also honest people. We have accidentally left cash in a pocket of pants and a jacket and they always let us know and have it waiting for us to pick it up. We highly recommend them!
Top tier service and top notch customer service. Last week I went to a friends dinner party at the Capital Grille. We were in a private room and everything was great until the hosts brought our drinks and accidentally spilled the whole tray on me. I had a brand new white sweater and it got hit with espresso martini's. I thought this brand new sweater was done but to my surprise Columbus Cleaners came to the rescue. I don't t know who they got all of the stains out but thank God they did. Amazing work and outstanding customer service. If you have clothes that you care about this is the place e to go. My new go to dry cleaners A+
