Very quick, very thorough analysis of the problem. Quick repair and coordination with Apple. Attentive, caring staff and well kept facility. We will utilize their individualized trainings.
My cell phone wouldn't charge. Connections wouldn't fit. Tech took phone found a dirty plug contact. Made quick repair with cleaning contacts. Very polite no charge and sent e on my way. I was amazed and would definitely use this company for future computer repairs
I am so glad I checked to see if there was an authorized Apple Dealer/Repair shop in Lincoln—I was about to drive to Omaha to the Apple Store. Lo and behold, Computer Hardware Inc sells and services Apple products! Thomas the tech guy did a great job helping me with some iPhone storage and update issues. He was knowledgeable and professional and helped fix my problems. I highly recommend Computer Hardware Inc.
I am truly impressed with the help I received at Computer Hardware. I was having trouble with password issues on my iPad with on my google account and Thomas solved it within minutes. He also was able to sync my email to my phone from my iPad which has never been able to work, several qualified people have tried. I’m very happy I stepped foot inside their door!
This place has excellent customer service. All of the employees seem happy to be there and always smile. My AirPods weren't charging wirelessly so I took them in to this shop. They've been in a case since the day I got them and they were in pristine condition. When I picked them up, there was zero damage, scuffs or marks anywhere on the case. I dread the fact that I did not come to this store sooner. I am thankful that Best Buy is not an authorized Apple dealer because they are a chore to work with. I hate Best Buy and this place blows them out of the water!!
