I wound up going to this place by mistake for a computer repair. I ended up with the BEST experience I have had with a computer repair and will definitely be going back for all future needs. I cant recommend this company enough.
Amazing service. I consider myself fairly tech literate so when I needed to call on some professionals I was a little embarrassed, but now I've had these folks work on two of my projects and was never disappointed. The prices are fair and you're supporting a small business in the process so it's a win win. You might be in for a bit of a wait but the quality is well worth any downtime.
Absolutely awful, no clear communication and the work was not something I’d ever let leave my doors if I owned a business. I brought my PC build in that I had already pre built to have a few wires hooked up that I was confused on where they went. I had to pay the full price for the build and the 75$ for a rush since I needed it back that day. Price was fine but wasn’t fine was being told they would do my wire management and they were going to give me windows 11 ( with the key). I later realized that when I got home I couldn’t connect to the internet I was missing every single driver that I was supposed to have installed as them building the pc and in the price installing that was part of the package. I later went to a MUCH BETTER computer store INTREX COMPUTERS! Please take your computers to them if you need any work done I will include what this store above consider wire management
My computer screen broke less than a week after purchasing my laptop. I was sent to Computer Warehouse where the service was great. It was just before a holiday weekend and they did their best to quickly place the order for the replacement, spent a long time helping brainstorm what could have happened and how to prevent it moving forward. Service was quick, professional and understanding. Pick up was smooth and pleasant. If you have an issue I would highly recommend using Computer Warehouse of NC, Inc.
Mi experiencia con computer warehouse fue excelente. Llevé un portátil que estaba dañado. Se me dijo rápidamente cuánto costarían las piezas y se me dio un plazo estimado para repararlo. Las reparaciones realizadas fueron de primera calidad y el portátil ha estado funcionando muy bien desde entonces.
