I called and asked for help as my charger cable tip was stuck in my charger port in my phone. They told me to come on down and helped me remove the stuck metal. When I asked how much it would be, they kindly waved me off. They helped me out a ton that day and were very nice the whole time. I will go to them in the future for any phone repair needs. Phoenix was amazing and changed the battery on my iPhone 13mini. I have two 13minis And I love the little phone and wanted to keep it and not upgrade to a large phone. The service was top notch. However, I did experience a big issue. This building does not have elevator access. I use a walker and the location is on the second floor. When I called them the technician was lovely enough to come downstairs to me to obtain my device. But when it came time for me to pick up my device, I had to climb the stairs in order to retrieve my device. That was an extremely painful experience. The next time someone is referred to this location the no handicap access should be made perfectly clear before making the appointment. But I can't say enough about the technician himself as he saw me struggling to walk to the front door and he came out to meet me once I was seen through the window.
