We had so much fun doing this at my sister’s bachelorette party! Dani was our teacher & she was awesome! Highly recommend!

I love this studio. The staff is fantastic. I have a specific shout out to the instructor Holly. I took her class, I felt very behind compared to other dancers. She was so gracious and kept encouraging me, helping me feel less like the fish out of water I was. Mika at the front desk is lovely as well! This studio has such a beautiful energy. Thank you all so much for bringing so much joy to my week!
Pro dancer or brand new to dance this is the studio for everyone! A class for every taste! Incredibly uplifting atmosphere and always a blast. It’s like going out dancing in the clubs, except you can go home and be in bed by 9 PM! I feel extremely grateful to have this studio in KC- a rare gem for sure! I love dance fit flow!!!
I’ve been coming here for a good 4 years on and off and I gotta say I know I’ve changed tremendously when it comes to self esteem .. I’m nowhere near where I want to be but back in 01/2020 I wouldn’t dare to twerk (thanks Tara J. ) or see myself in the mirror while dancing .( still working on that , but thank you EVERY SINGLE instructor I’ve taken class with ). One day I know I will be THAT GIRL ( right Meike ? ) and I will be a happier human being … thank you @dancefitflow .. for the support and .. with luck, for many more classes in many years to come.. LOVE YOU Topher, Madi, Mall, Tara, Dani, Azia, Jayce, Holly, Meike, Sadie, Allayne, Nino and Allison and everyone else in between . GRACIAS 🙏. ❤️
