We worked with Adriana to secure an apartment. She helped us through the negotiations, making sure all our questions were answered, and she showed us the apartment twice. I was a tenant for several years and honestly had such a great experience. The building was well maintained and any time something came up, management was quick to take care of it. Vito, along with the entire Del Forno team, were extremely courteous, professional and attentive in the sale of my wife's Jersey City family home. It was difficult to find the right buyer for this property as my wife was intent on attempting to preserve a home that dated back to the 1800's. Vito always exhibited tremendous patience and empathy in attempting to thread the needle in finding a very specific buyer. And, although it did take time to accomplish this feat his enthusiasm never wavered. He also provided me countless contacts in terms of contractors, lawyers, and appraisers that were very familiar with the Hudson County Real Estate market and were invaluable in bringing the sale to close. We would not have had such a successful end result if it were not for Del Forno. They have my utmost confidence, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a home.
Me and my fiancé worked with Adriana to view apartments and she was the best! She was coordinating viewings, answering all of our questions, and putting together lease documents while she was on vacation overseas! She really made the apartment hunting process so easy and such a great transition. Now that we’re in the apartment she’s been so attentive to help us at a moments notice and even on weekends. The AC at our apartment went out on Saturday and she was able to get someone to fix it that day. She’s seriously been such an amazing help and I recommend working with both her and Del Forno
