Kimberli did an excellent job assisting me with selling my condo. Her industry expertise was valuable in determining what to price my condo at, and navigating through the offer process. I always felt comfortable with reaching out to her at any time with any questions, and her assistant was very helpful walking me through all the necessary steps I needed such as scheduling the showings and with the various requirements during closing such as inspections and permits needed. They worked very hard on my behalf with my attorney to meet the closing deadlines and I felt very taken care of.
