Perry and his team did a great job. My husband got a nail in our tire. He called them and even though it was 5 minutes after closing time they agreed to wait for him. They didn't have to wait, but they did and we really appreciated it. They fixed it and put it back on the road. Thank you
The location is having remodeling done to the lobby area. It was cold outside but they had a nice heated trailer to sit and stay warm in. The guys working in the shop were singing and having a good time. They fixed my flat, rotated and balanced the tires and didn’t charge me anything. Have bought new tires from here in the past and they always treat you good and get you in and out fast.
We were about to leave on a 1500 mile trip across the country and after filling the car full of suitcases and bags we realized our right front tire had something in it. The pressure was low, and Discount Tire was the place to go. They quickly repaired our tire and we were on our way. Even though this is a busy store, I was seen promptly, and just a few minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. Chris was very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I appreciated that he indicated which tire replacements were necessary. He also made suggestions for me to consider about future service, but did not pressure me to make an immediate decision about the future repairs.
This location is Amazing, they are fast and reliable. Everyone is working beyond and doing an incredible job. Totally a place that I can recommend to. Coleton is very attentive and helpful, he will double check everything. Thank you so much for the wonderful job. Kudos to all!
