Trevor H was so helpful in getting my tire replaced on my RV. I had a tire that rounded out which is the sign that the tire was coming apart on the inside. The steal belts are breaking apart and will blow out very soon. I am a long way from home for that to happen. Trevor got it in and replaced it. I am back on the toad with safe tires! These guys are crazy! I was in and out in 30 minutes, YES- 30 MINUTES with a full set of new tires! Fair price, great customer service and did I mention wicked fast? Thank you Trevor for taking great care of me today. I really thought I was just stopping to get prices and make an appointment for next week. Had no idea I’d come home with new tires! Thank you to your technician also- he was so fast I never got his name!
This team is amazing! There were 6 people waiting for doors to open and out come all the staff one by one to greet each customer and get started on their issue. Kudos to management for providing such a great experience.
