I am need to Corpus Christi so l have regularly been looking for a reliable, affordable mechanic/garage. Dub's was my third garage to take my carb in for service. Thank goodness, I found Dub's. In fact, I have already scheduled a second appointment. The office staff was friendly , organized and most importantly...very knowledgeable. My repair was finished quickly and efficiently. I will not hesitate to tell people Dub's is where I take my car for maintenance.
I had the best experience. I've never taken my vehicles in but the issue happening was more than I could handle. I took my vehicle to another shop that had it for a month and still couldn't figure out the situation. I got fed up and was recommended to Dubs Garage. I was worried but I'm so glad I did. I dropped it off and the same day was a full diagnostic with answers to my issues. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. The second day of my car being there, they gave me a quote, I approved repairs and they had it fixed. They asked to keep it for one more day so they can double check everything, drive it around more and make sure everything is fully fixed. They had my car for 2 1/2 days and the price to fix it was great! I won't go to anyone else. I truly and honestly recommend this company to fix your repairs.
We took our 2022 Chevy Silverado RST Trailboss in for a Transmission service and not only did Dubs provide excellent customer service but their technicians are top notch and listen to the customers input. Resolving the faulty notifications most Chevy users are currently experiencing with the 2020-2022. Our Vehicle was not having any issues except dashboard notifications which would bring concern to anyone. They provided reasonable pricing and faster service than expected, they also performed a multi-point inspection free of charge. Thank you DUB’S Garage! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I called multiple places that couldn’t help or were charging almost $200 to fix my issue…. I had my brakes repaired at another mechanic shop and when I left 2 lights ended up coming on. I have a newer vehicle so I looked it up and I was told that more than likely my EPB system just had to be reset. It was considered a quick fix but you needed the scan tool to fix it. I called around and the only place that offered to check it for free was Dub’s Garage. I came in today and within 5 minutes my car was fixed. I was told a wire got loose and they fixed it for free. No more warning lights were on and no charge! If you’re looking for a reliable mechanic give them a try! I know I’ll keep them in mind for next time ❤️ Thank you Dub’s Garage!
I recently had my car towed into Dubs Garage for some much-needed brake repairs, including work on the ABS system, sway bar, and alignment. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The front office staff — Emma and Alex — were welcoming, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. They made everything easy to understand and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. A big shoutout to Kiri, the office manager, she helped me throughout the process, explained in detail everything going on and price was upfront. My car part was on back order so she tried everything to get the part sooner. She called weekly about the part. She is very professional and pays attention to detail whitch helped me when she realized I had AAA she offered a discount. Kiri really helped the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. As for the actual repairs, Joseph and Adrian did a phenomenal job. Their workmanship really shows, and I could tell they took pride in getting it right. Highly recommend Dubs Garage if you’re looking for a team that’s skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need anything else.
