D.M Pritchard Plumbing & Heating – Highly professional and communicative Patrick came out to investigate an issue with our boiler and was thorough, methodical, and professional throughout. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem, cleaned out the condensate flue and trap, and explained what he was checking at each stage, which was reassuring. Nicholas handled the booking and communication side and was excellent — clear, responsive, and kept us informed throughout. What really stood out was the teamwork and professionalism: Nicholas was more than happy to liaise directly with the Cadent Gas engineer when they attended to replace the gas regulator, which made what could have been a stressful situation much smoother. Overall, a knowledgeable and reliable company with good communication and a genuine focus on getting things sorted properly rather than rushing or upselling. Would happily use them again and recommend them.
We recently had our entire bathroom refurbished by DM Pritchard, and the result is absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Patrick and Ethan are two of the hardest working tradespeople we have ever hired. They put in consistently long, focused days and the progress they made was incredible. The quality of the final fittings and the tiling is flawless—true craftsmanship! Beyond the beautiful finished product, we were continuously impressed by how incredibly tidy they were. Every evening, the workspace was meticulously cleaned and organised, which made living through the renovation so much easier and less stressful. They truly treated our home with respect. Patrick and the DM Pritchard team have carried out all of our plumbing work over the last two years as we've been renovating our Victorian terraced house in Cardiff. They've fitted all of our radiators, plumbed in our new kitchen, moved pipework and given us so much valuable advice. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The quality of their work is beyond exceptional. The guys are always punctual, they communicate brilliantly (which is so appreciated) and go above and beyond every time. It's always a pleasure to have them in our house!
Nic and Patrick did an amazing job upgrading my bathroom and shower! They were super personable, always on time, and worked incredibly hard to get everything done right.
