I have been a patient over 10 years, and the care that I have continued to receive is excellent. Dr. Vu cares about her patients overall health and does a thorough job in ensuring that your vision and health is managed.
I went in for a regular eye check-up and had a great experience. Dr. Szeto was very helpful and took the time to clearly explain everything. She was kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The entire staff was super friendly, the appointment started right on time, and all the tests were quick and efficient. Using my insurance was straightforward and hassle-free. I also received help with my contact lens fitting, and Dr. Szeto took extra time to ensure my prescription was accurate and that the trial lenses felt comfortable. My contact lenses no longer feel painful, which has made a big difference. Overall, a smooth and positive experience - I would definitely recommend this office.
Hall+Szeto made it so easy to pick out my new frames! I scheduled an appt and asked that frame options in the style I preferred be ready. And they were, and with lots of different style and price options. My eye glass consultant was also very knowledgeable about my benefits and I picked out beautiful frames, with progressive lenses and an amazing price. Thank you H+S!
I love this place! The staff is super friendly, the eye exam was quick, and Dr. Hall is honestly the best. My results were normal, but he still took the time to walk me through how to better protect my eyes since I spend so much time in front of screens. We ended up having this fascinating conversation about how human eyesight has evolved, and how it might keep changing with new technology in the future. It felt less like an appointment and more like chatting with someone who genuinely loves what they do. Highly recommend!
One of the best experiences I have ever had with a medical professional - this office is amazing. The staff are friendly, efficient, professional and thorough. I was able to get an appointment today - walked in and was immediately greeted and seen by a team member. Went through a battery of tests, had a great exam with the doctor, updated my prescription and purchased new glasses all in under 45 minutes. If you are in the city and need anything related to your vision or glasses, this is the only place to go. They are absolutely fantastic!!!
