Had the best experience with Cat & Kim! They helped my young daughter and I feel so special on our annual Galentine’s Day outing. 🥰 Definitely recommend!
I go to dry bar’s all over. I think they have talented stylists and typically the atmosphere is really good and the service is great. I’ve been to this specific location, probably 4 or 5 times and I’m always underwhelmed with the level of service NOT the stylists. So much so I canceled my membership. For Christmas, I got a gift card for my team at work so I had to go back. It was an E gift card so I made an appointment for Sunday 1/18/26. I was there when they opened and waited about 10 minutes. They didn’t offer a drink the TVs weren’t on - I was the only one there. The stylist was great- so much so I wanted to sign up again! I went to the front desk to get checked out. The girl working the front desk said she could not accept the gift card but couldn’t give me a reason why. ( I printed it right from the Dry Bar email I received) So I paid out-of-pocket. She said she would note my account and the manager would call me. She could care less about any customer service or finding a solution. 4 days later and the manager never called me so I called back today around 12pm to follow up. I asked for a manager- the girl that answered the phone told me that she thinks the manager was in a meeting and he wasn’t available. So I explained the situation to her. She apologized and said she would have the manager call me back. Not shocked that I did not get a return call today. I know Dry Bar standards and sadly this one doesn’t meet them. If you don’t mind traveling, the one in South Park is fantastic Great vibe, great service and a very talented team. h2Blo in Rea Farms is also AMAZING! I won’t ever go back to this Drybar. I gave the manager 5 days to make this right before posting a review. I have a call into Drybar corporate as well. Will update when I hear back. Do better Drybar Ballantyne. Buyer beware!
Kim did an amazing job! I went to the Dry Bar today for the first time and she did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair! It didn’t hurt or burn at all for her and it’s in a great area that’s not overly crowded. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
It was our first time at the Ballantyne location and absolutely loved it. Nichole the receptionist was so sweet on the phone and so courteous and kind when we came into the salon. . Issa was our stylist and managed to make a curly hair mess look beautifully elegant . A lovely shampoo & blowout. Plus they use high quality products, which they do have available. Definitely will be back and highly recommend. Added plus it’s in the Bowl, there are so many great restaurants & shops to visit and walk around in.
Went to blow dry bar Ballantyne at 7:00 am! Melody was there to greet me with a smile!! Super sweet. Leticia did my blowout and was also super sweet. Did an amazing shampoo and wonderful blow out. Even helped me with recommendations of how to make my blowout last longer. And got it all done in under an hour and it looks amazing!! So happy with my blow out and even signed up for the monthly.
