Blowout results were good but the process was rough as hell. I’ve never had my hair handled like that before. I’m lucky to have any hair left. From the horrid shampoo with her digging her long nails into my scalp, throwing my head around the bowl like a ragdoll to the most hair pulling blow dry I’ve ever experienced. I was in and out in 25 mins. The stylist didn’t want to be there as much as I didn’t by the end of it.
Worst experience ever! I would not recommend to anyone. My hair stylist was rude and when she noticed I had psoriasis on my scalp, she treated me very poorly and asked if I knew I had sores? It’s not sores, it’s a skin condition that many have. Not only was I insulted, but I was supposed to have my scalp washed for longer, that didn’t happen, the she got my sweater soaked. The best part, I was out in 15 minutes since my stylist didn’t care to do anything to my hair other than dry it and I couldn’t wait to leave either. Was trying to do something fun for my birthday dinner this evening and I would have had better luck saving $$ and doing it myself! Take my advice and skip this experience!
Booked an appointment for 5:45pm a month in advance to treat myself for my birthday. I arrived at 5:40 and checked in. The woman at the front told me my appointment was for 6pm. Feeling confused I checked my email and showed her that my appointment is in fact for 5:45. She told me that hopefully the stylist will finish up sooner but I’m booked for 6pm. I waited while another woman was seated with one stylist at 6pm. Waited 15 more minutes before realizing that the other stylist is not finishing up any time soon. I told them i need to cancel my appointment and they ask why? 🙄 Seems like it’s pretty normal for this location to have to wait 30+ mins. Waste of time.
JORDAN is unbelievably talented—truly one of the best in the business. Her eye for detail, creativity, and skill with hair is on another level. She should absolutely be working with celebrities; that’s how good she is. She nails it every time. I’ve been going to her for nearly 8 years, and she continues to amaze me with her work. I trust her completely, and I always leave her chair feeling confident and looking my best.
Daughter had an 11:30 appt time on 5/9/25 for prom. We arrived early hoping to get started early as she had a nail appt at 1:30. They took her at 11:25. She showed a picture of what she wanted. I don’t know the “stylists” name but she had to “start over” multiple times. I finally stepped in because we were now an hour in and her hair looked as if we had just arrived. Other clients were in and out and she was still trying and failing to do anything with her hair. In the end, another stylist had to do it to get something (anything!!!) done. 1hour and 40 minutes later we were out the door. I paid and did not make a scene but I let them know we were not satisfied. We missed the nail appointment and removed the horrible “uptini” they created. It was so bad. I contacted the shop and was told I would be credited. Never saw the credit so I called back and spoke to Vanessa who said the my daughter said she liked it. She’s 17. She just wanted out if there and she’s too polite to tell the lady how horrible it was. Vanessa said the district manger would contact me. Never did. So my advice is go elsewhere. Poorly managed location who hire people who can’t do what they are being paid to do. First pic is what she wanted. Following pic is what she got. I could’ve made that mess myself😂
