Contacted Rhonda last minute and they were able to send a technician the same day which I really appreciated! My carpet was really dirty due to our dog and they look great now. The technician did an excellent job! Would use Eco-Bay again!
I recently pulled two oversized loveseats out of storage after several moves, and they’d collected dirt, discoloration around the corners and bottom edges, and had never been professionally cleaned. I decided—on Thanksgiving, of all days—to see if anyone was even available. To my surprise, Eco-Bay Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning was open and offered a wide range of appointment slots from early morning to late evening. That level of flexibility alone is rare and incredibly convenient. The technician, Florentino, arrived 15 minutes early and immediately made a great impression. He was respectful, friendly, wore shoe booties without being asked, and took time to assess the loveseats before giving me a quote on the spot. Once he started, he was unbelievably thorough. He didn’t rush, didn’t cut corners, and paid close attention to every note I gave him. He even flipped the loveseats in multiple directions just to get to every angle and every inch of fabric—something most cleaners never take the time to do. The Eco-friendly spray was applied carefully and had no harsh or toxic smell, which means a lot to me since I try to live as non-toxic as possible and have small animals in the home. Another detail that stood out: he ran the hose through the front window and made sure to re-install my screen perfectly afterward. Small things like that say everything about how they treat your home. The results were fantastic—clean, refreshed upholstery with noticeable improvement in all the previously discolored areas. Eco-Bay truly takes their time to deliver quality work, and it shows. If you’re looking for upholstery or carpet cleaning that’s careful, respectful, non-toxic, and deeply thorough, I highly recommend this company. They exceeded every expectation.
Great experience overall. The team was friendly and professional. They were able to come earlier than scheduled which was nice. Our carpets look great and they were so quick! Price was reasonable. We’ll definitely use them again and recommend them.
I called at 1130a and spoke to Rhonda who set up a consult for same day and if the quote was agreeable they would be able to do the carpet cleaning immediately. Dino came out a few hours later within the quoted time window. He was honest and hardworking. He did a great job on our carpets and they look so much better now!
