I been a customer for more than a year. Today December 29, 2025 i was stopped by an employee last name Diaz telling me that my truck cannot go through the tunnel because its too big and its damaging the machines. I drive a toyota tacoma my truck is not big but a medium size truck. He advised me to go to the doral location to wash the car. Why would i do that?. I live a couple of street from the car wash in lejeune. He advised me i can cancel the membership. Obviously they dont care losing a customer. I called the corporate office and talked to David and told me that he cant do nothing about it. Are you serious….. I expect my money back for $32.10 dollars.
Hands down the best automatic car wash around, much better than busy bee! Every time I go, my car comes out spotless shiny, clean, and looking brand new. The system does an amazing job reaching every spot, and the dryers actually leave the car streak-free, which is rare to find. Plus the tire shine completes the clean look of the car. Their customer service is top-notch everyone is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. What really stands out is how they show genuine support for law enforcement and police officers. That kind of respect and community appreciation means a lot. If you want a clean car and a business that truly values its customers and first responders, this is the place to go!
Employees are prioritizing cleaning their own cars and even telling customers to leave so they can work on their own vehicles first. Jose, one of their employees, was extremely rude.
I have been to more than 5 El Car Wash locations in the Miami area and this one is certainly the one with the oddest layout which detriments the overall experience. The area for the wiping and vacuuming after the wash is at the entrance and along the only lane they have when you head in. Let’s say you vacuum before the car gets washed, but what about the wiping/drying after the car goes through washing. There is no way to return to the area where you are supposed to wipe your car and if for some reason you manage to do it, there is no exit as it is one way and it only leads to to the washing area again. They need to figure something out because it is indeed an inconvenience. I love El Car Wash and will continue coming but not to this specific location.
Jorge is exceptional and caring with customers. He really made my trip to El Car Wash a better experience by checking on if I needed some cleaning products and simply being nice and asking about my day and where I was from. Being a good person goes a long way and when you have good people working for you, customer will associate that nice person with the company. Jorge is the type of leader you need at a company who takes initiative with customers. Also, upgrading my car wash today because of that kind of service. I'm from the Midwest so being personable with me is A1. Thanks Jorge you brightened my day! Glad I stopped by!
