ELC is probably the best letting agency I have ever rented with. In all the years with them, they've been extremely professional and prompt. The same applied to the last issue we had, that was beautifully sorted by their new employee, Karen. When we advised her that the situation we have reported was an emergency, she had it sorted the same day. Thank you all ELC employees for your work throughout the years, and thank you, Karen.
I’ve had a really positive experience with Karen. She was incredibly helpful and responsive when I needed help with a couple of maintenance issues in my property. She quickly arranged for someone to install my washing machine and also managed to get a plumber out the same day to fix a leak — which was a huge relief! Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was sorted efficiently and professionally.
Abby was really nice and friendly and made me even love the property even more! She would make the best property manager and also was quick to give me feedback which was very appreciated! She has went above and beyond to make my reference process go smoothly and was quick to explain and find ways to make it more accessible for me.
I successfully rented my house with the help of ELC. It is my best luck and pleasure to have had their help. The process is very professional and smooth. Explanations were clear and useful. The property management and staff there were very helpful. The area is very safe. And Now my kids can get into very good school in the catchment. Much grateful for all.
