Absolutely amazing experience! The flowers were incredibly fresh, beautifully arranged, and looked even better than expected. The staff was very friendly, patient, and truly cares about making customers happy. You can tell they put a lot of love and attention into every detail. Prices are fair for the quality you receive. Amazing experience with Jackie and Elegance Flowers. I had a last-minute anniversary surprise for my wife, and Jackie and Florist came through flawlessly. She listened carefully to my wife’s favorite flowers and colors and created a beautiful bouquet that was delivered the same day. My wife was so happy—she loved them, and they smelled amazing. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special.
I live out of state, but have ordered flowers from Elegance twice for my friend who lives in Irving. I just want to say, each time I’ve ordered from them the bouquets are absolutely STUNNING!!!! They even did same day delivery. I cannot wait to order from them again!! The photo below is the seasonal wrapped bouquet, deluxe version.
I went in after work to have an arrangement made for delivery the next day. Diego was so helpful and listened to what I wanted. He said he was going to work on it tight then so that it could be delivered the next morning, so I stayed while he worked on it I order to see it finished. It was beautiful and just what I wanted. I left and then found out that the person I was sending it to wouldn't be in the office the next day, so they waited after hours (20 min) for me to come back to pick it up. They were amazing and I highly recommend them for any occasion!
